Availability

Private sessions are available for females and their family/friends (i.e. includes known males) only. No unknown male bookings.

Illness Policy:

Please rearrange your appointment if you have any contagious cold, illness, disease or virus. I need to protect my other immune vulnerable customers, and I also cannot earn money if I am unwell. Thank you.

Cancellation charges:

No charge: 48 hours or more prior to your session
50% of full cost: 47-24 hours prior to your session
100% of the full cost/voucher void: 24 hours or later prior to your session or not showing up

Restrictions:

All therapies: Not during the first trimester of pregnancy. Not if you have a contagious condition. Not with some medical conditions. Not forat least 6 weeks or a fully recovery after some operations. Always check with your GP/medical consultant if unsure if you can have a therapy.
Facials: You must wait 3-4 weeks after Botox and other facials injectables or aesthetics.
Reflexology: Please come with clean feet and advise of any feet conditions in advance. Cannot treat those with high level diabetes, especially where feet symptoms are presenting.
Scar massage: 6 weeks after any invasive operation and when full healed.

Please note, between April and end of June 2024 my hours may differ due to me studying for a Pilates diploma. Also as I will have two of my children off school due to an intense GCSE exam period. Normal hours will return from July.
