Menopause comes to all women, but as someone who is menopausal I can say it can be manageable. It doesn’t have to take over your life, it just takes lifestyle changes. The tick list is... Relaxation, Nutrition, Movement, Sleep.


RELAXATION

Stress actually escalates menopause symptoms, so take time out for yourself. Take time everyday to do what relaxes for you... read, sing, listen to podcasts, draw, cook, meditate, have a long bath etc.

Not only does excercise improve your health, but it also increase your mood, improves sleep, reduces stress/anxiety etc. What you choose depends on your fitness levels, which can be built up. Regular daily brisk waking, yoga, running, classes, dancing, swimming... do what you enjoy.
