  • 15-30 mins Meditation Workshops 

  • 10 to20 mins clothed Massage

  • 15 to 20 mins Foot Reflexology

All sessions are as short as a coffee break and reasonably priced. They can be paid for by the company, subsidised or paid for by staff directly. Meditation sessions can be done via video link for staff working from home or in the workplace. 

 

Staff sense of appreciation is increase, as is their physical and mental wellbeing. This in return benefits company productivity as well as reducing staff absence:

All equipment is included in the price, accept a large outside Gazebo that is available for hire. ​Other therapists can be arranged for larger businesses.

I am qualified to run meditation workshops. Ideal for workplaces, group video links, events and pamper parties. These tailored workshops that can run between 15 and 45 minutes long for small groups.  

Your group is taken through easy to following meditation exercises that focus on breathing, body tension awareness and clearing busy mind.

 

Meditations can also be themed around topics such as self confidence, kindness, escape using visualisation. The vibrational sound of singing bowls can also help give distracted minds a focus.

 

These are all techniques that can be taken away and used at work and home.
