Booking an Appointment
My Soundbath sessions or all workplace booked for everyone. However, private holistic bookings and weekly Pilates classes are for women and those they refer.
Illness Policy:
Please rearrange your appointment if you have a contagious illness. I have clients who are elderly, undergoing cancer treatment or have weakened immune systems. I also rely on staying well to work and earn. Thank you for your care and understanding.
Cancellation charges:

No charge if cancelled 48+ hours before your appointment

50% charge or voucher if cancelled 25-47 hours before your appointment
-
100% full charge or voucher if cancelled within 24 hours or for no-shows.

My holistic working hours are Monday to Friday 9:30-3:30. Workplace bookings, classes and events are booking within and outside of these hours.

Holistic Therapies

£25 for 30 minutes

£35 for the 4th 1 hour session - if all sessions are booked within 4 months of the first booking.
1:1 Pilates Personal Training

£35 1 hour taster session

£50 1 hour per session

£180 4 x 1 hour sessions discounted (£20 saving). Bulk sessions must used within 2 months of purchase.

Pilates Classes £11-13.50 + ticket booking fee
Soundbath Classes £20 + ticket booking fee (Gift vouchers are available)
Mind & Body Retreats £40 earlybird and £50 full + ticket booking fee (£20 gift vouchers redeemable towards retreats are available)
Workplace Wellbeing corporate bookings

£60 per hour prorate chair massages, Reflexology and other holistic remedial therapies. 2 hour minutment booking.

From £100 for 1 hour prorate - Group Pilates and Soundbaths
Charity, education, key worker services discounts can be discussed.
Travel and parking expenses may be added.
Private Bookings
From £60-100 per hour prorata + expenses
Maybe you have am event, baby shower, hen or a birthday celebration... Whatever reason, get in touch to discuss a private book of holistic therapies, facials, soundbaths, pilates or a full retreat.
Vouchers
You can purchase a voucher for either a length of time or a value of money. Physical vouchers are available, but the voucher can also be emailed.
