My Pilates and Soundbath classes, along with retreat events, can also be booked for workplaces and private group sessions.

PILATES CLASS
My Pilates in Bushey sessions are friendly, supportive and suitable for everyone from absolute beginners to intermedia levels.
Focusing on building full body strength, including core, posture, pelvic floor. Also including body awareness, breath control, mobility and balance.
Over time you will be stronger, physically healthier and increased body confidence.
Every Wednesday evening at Little Reddings Primary School, Bushey, Herts.

SOUNDBATH CLASS
My Soundbath in Bushey sessions offer a calming space to fully switch off and be immersed in calming vibrational sound.
Beginning with breathwork and guided relaxation, you’ll be led into the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls—helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and promote deep relaxation.
Periodic Sunday evening sessions at venues across Bushey. Also available to book for work place or private sessions - sound baths are a powerful way to pause, reset, and reconnect.

MIND & BODY RETREAT
My Mind & Body Retreats in Bushey run regularly through the year and offer a calming space to step away from daily life and reset.
Combining the mindful movement, strengthening and mobilising benefits of Pilates, and deeply calming relaxation benefits of a Soundbath,
Suitable for all levels, you’ll be gently guided throughout—no prior experience or flexibility needed.
Each retreat includes:
