My workplace wellbeing sessions are designed to support the physical and mental health of your staff, both individually and as teams.  I deliver flexible, on-site sessions designed to fit easily into the working day. Get in touch to find out how I can support your workplace wellbeing initiatives or corporate events. 

I've worked many businesses (from schools to law teams) and across Herts, Bucks, Beds & London. Tailoring wellbeing can help your team feel less overwhelmed, regulate their nervous systems to better manage stress and improve their physical and mental wellbeing — creating a healthier and more resilient workforce culture. 

Each session can be tailored to your team’s needs — from chair massage, to reflexology, to group Pilates, to mobility stretch sessions, to posture advice and group relaxation Soundbaths.  Helping employees feel reset, resilient supported and better equipped to manage stress.

Remedial and Holistic Therapies

Minimum booking: 2 hours

  • 10-30 minute massage (using a mobile massage chair)

  • 15-30 minute reflexology (relaxing acupressure foot massage)

  • 15-30 minute 1:1 posture awareness/correction, mobility, strengthening and stretch guidance

Group Team Sessions

Minimum booking: 1 hour (or 2 x 30 minutes sessions) 

  • 30-60 minutes: Group Pilates sessions

  • 30-60 minutes: Group Mindfulness Soundbath sessions

  • 30-60 minutes: 'Mindful Daily Regulation' Workshops - practical daily tools employees can use daily to manage pressure, reduce overwhelm, and build resilience
