Join me for a rebalancing, relaxing and strengthening event, dedicated to improving your physical health, and deeply relaxing you.
Recharge and reset with this Body & Mind event... through beneficial movement and deep relaxation.
1 Hour Pilates
Beginners to Intermediate levels
Focusing on improving your physical and core strength, improving your mobility and strengthening up your posture and pelvis floor. You do not need to be flexible and you will be gently guided and supported through each exercise.
30 minute break, with refreshments
1 hour relaxation Soundbath
Soundbath sessions start with an easy to follow meditation, around breathwork, body relaxation and setting intentions/refocusing the mind. The vibrational sounds that follows are from instruments that work like 'white noise', calming brainwaves and busy minds. A powerful way to relax mind, body and soul. Reconnecting and grounding to yourself.
Please note, my Pilates sessions are not suitable for:
*Pregnancy - any stage
*Within the first 3 months of giving birth, without physical OK from a medical professional
*Under 18 years old/children
*People with some health contraindications, such as heart conditions, thrombotic conditions, stroke risk or post stroke, series symptomatic diabetes, Please check with your GP if unsure.
*Limited physical abilities. Please check with your GP if unsure.
*If you have a contagious illness or disease (other delegates could be vulnerable).
If you have life support medication, such as an EpiPen or inhaler, you must ensure it is with you at this event.

Did you know: 131 million working days in the UK are lost to sickness absence. Mainly from mental health, stress and physical health? So investing in staff wellbeing could increase your productivity.
I can provide individual staff sessions or group sessions, both in person and online. Another therapists can also be booked for large companies.
15-30 minute Staff Sessions
Chair Massage and Posture Advice
Using a portable massage chair, these tailored sessions will focus on reducing muscles tension. Using massage and assisted stretch, along with posture advice. Supporting longer term physical health, using my Pilates and bodywork knowledge.
Reflexology (with foot massage)
Reflexology is an advanced firm foot massage. It works by calming the parasympathetic nervous system. This is proven to support lowering stress levels, manage anxiety and improving general health.
30-60 minute Group Staff Sessions:
Pilates Class
I am a qualified Pilates teacher. I can run group sessions at your workplace. Pilate strengthens the body (with extra focus on core and back health), but also improves mobility. Do get in touch to discussion the logistic further.
Micro-Stress & Wellbeing Workshop
These are wellbeing toolbox building sessions. Bringing awareness of how microdose stress builds up, and discussing daily tools to reduce it. We will explore the pillars of daily wellbeing, by discussing the benefits and solutions of: Movement,Mindfulness, Relaxation, Nutrition and Sleep. Ending the workshop with some breathing and relaxation tools.
Meditation Soundbath Class
Introducing staff to meditation can reduce stress noticeably, as well as giving them tools to take away and use. Guiding staff through breathing techniques, body relaxation and mindful distraction. Then experiencing deeper relaxation, through the immersive sound therapy instruments (gongs, Tibetan bowls, ocean drums etc).
