£25 for 30 minutes
£50 for 60 minutes Pay as you go: £35 for the 4th session. All sessions must be used within a 4 month of the first booking.
£185 Bulk buy 4 session saving £15. Sessions must all be used within 5 months of purchase.
Pilates Stretch and Strength: Personal Training
£35 1 hour 1st time 1 hour taster session only
£50 per individually booked sessions

Children's Reflexology: 3 months to 16 years
£25 for 30 minutes: 3 months to 11 years
£40 for 45 minutes: 12 to 16 years
Vouchers
You can purchase a voucher for either a length of time or a value of money. Physical vouchers are available, but the voucher can also be emailed.

Staff reflexology or chair massage sessions:
£60 per hour prorate (minimum 2 hours booking)
Group classes or workshops (in person or online):
£100 minimum based on need and location.
Travel and parking costs may be added.
Charity, education, emergency services and local authority discount can be discussed.
Private Event Bookings
Maybe its an event, baby shower or a birthday celebration. Get in touch to discuss a private booking of the below:
