What is Pilates?
What is Pilates?
Pilates is suitable for most adult, of all ages and all genders. This is a low-impact mat exercise class, for beginners to intermediate levels.
There is a key focus build core strength and posture, to also support back and pelvic floor health. But the main aim is to strengthen your whole body and improve your flexibility.
There is no short term magic pill... but the improvement to your your physical health and wellbeing will be worth the commitment.

Who are my Pilates may not be suitable for some health contraindications or limited physical abilities. Please check with your GP if unsure.
My classes are not suitable for pregnancy or children under 16. Other conditions not suitable are: Unstable or high blood pressure, herniated disc, Severe osteoporosis, risk of blood clots, heart disease, unmanaged diabetes.
Does Pilates help you loose weight?
The aim of Pilates is not as a weight loss tool, but like any exercise it will contribute to your feeling stronger, more toned, improve the posture, and overall wellbeing. You will feel more confident about your body as a result.

Pilates Class Cost:

£10.50 per class if a full monthly course is booked.

£12.00 for individual pre booked weekly class (where available)
Offer: Bolt on a 50 minute once a month Soundbath meditation
Prepaid considerations:

Monthly prepaid sessions, must be used within that month (no transfers).

Completing a Par Q health questionnaire is required.

Sessions are not refundable or transferable

However, another person can use your session. But they I will need their full details and they must complete a Par Q health questionnaire.

Prebooking onto sessions is essential.

(Beginners to Intermediate)
£50 x 1 hour
£185 x 4 hours (£42.25 each)
These private 1 hour tailored training sessions, at my Bushey therapy room, are an investment into your long term physical health and will increase your body confidence.
Using tailored Pilates exercises, with assisted stretch. Strengthening your body to improve posture and muscle tone. Stretching your body to reducing tight body pain and increasing mobility. With the support of resistance equipment (not reformer).
Your tailored sessions may include:

Of course, there is no one session magic pill. A tester session is offered, but a course of sessions will give you results.
