Every Wed 6:30 & 7:30pm

These Pilates classes in Bushey are friendly, supportive and suitable for everyone from absolute beginners to intermedia levels.

Focusing on building full body strength, including core, posture, pelvic floor. Also giving you the tools of body awareness, correct breath control, mobility and balance.

Over time you will be stronger, physically healthier and have increased body confidence.

Every Wednesday evening at Little Reddings Primary School, Bushey, Herts.

SOUNDBATH CLASS

Every month on a Sunday or Thursday

Soundbath sessions in Bushey offer a calming space to fully switch off, relax, regulate and immersed yourself in 'white noise' calming vibrational sound.

Beginning with breathwork and guided relaxation, you’ll be led into the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs and other instruments — helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and promote deep inner relaxation.

Monthly Sunday evening sessions at venues across Bushey.

These Mind & Body Retreats in Bushey are run regularly through the year. They offer a calming space to step away from daily life and invest in regulating your mind and strengthening your body.

Combining the mindful movement, toning and mobilising benefits of Pilates, along with the deeply calming relaxation benefits of a Soundbath,

Suitable for beginner to intermediate levels, you’ll be gently guided and supported throughout—no prior experience or flexibility needed.

Each retreat includes:

1 hour Pilates
A refreshment break
1 hour relaxation Soundbath
