What is Pilates?
What is Pilates?
Pilates is suitable for nearly everyone, all ages and all genders. It involves mat based exercise, using precise and controlled movements, with the aim to strengthen the entire body, especially core muscles, and improve flexibility.
There is no magic pill... regular exercise is the only way to see and feel changes. But the improvement in your physical health will be worth it long term.

Who are Pilates classes suitable for?
My classes will be suitable for beginners to intermediate abilities, and all genders. Exercise options for both levels will be available, and exercise adaptions may be offer.
Who are my Pilates classes NOT suitable for
Pilates classes may not be suitable for some health contraindications or limited physical abilities. If in doubt please check with your GP first.
My classes are not suitable for pregnancy or children under 16. Other conditions not suitable are: Unstable or high blood pressure, herniated disc, Severe osteoporosis, risk of blood clots, heart disease, unmanaged diabetes.
Does Pilates help you loose weight?
Like any exercise, Pilates will benefit your health and weight. You will look and feel better, as your posture and body strength improves with regular commitment.

Pilates Class Cost:

£11.50 per class if a full monthly course is booked.

£13.50 for individual pre booked weekly class (where available)
Offer: Bolt on a 50 minute once a month Soundbath meditation class for £10 (worth £13.50).
Prepaid considerations:

Monthly prepaid sessions, must be used within that month (no transfers).

Completing a Par Q health questionnaire is required.

Sessions are not refundable or transferable

However, another person can use your session. But they I will need their full details and they must complete a Par Q health questionnaire.

Prebooking onto sessions is essential.
Private Pilates Sessions
Pilates Strength & Stretch
(Beginners to Intermediate)

These private 1 hour tailored training sessions are an investment into your long term physical health and will increase your body confidence.
Using tailored Pilates exercises, with assisted stretch. Strengthening your body to improve posture and muscle tone. Stretching your body to reducing tight body pain and increasing mobility. With the support of resistance equipment (not reformer).
Your tailored sessions may include:

Of course, there is no one session magic pill. A tester session is offered, but a course of sessions will give you results.
