Classes every Wednesday in Bushey:

6:30pm Posture, Core & Pelvic Floor

Beginners (Intermediates welcome)​

50 minute Pilates class focuses on:

  • Core strengthening - tummy toning

  • Pelvic floor activating - improving bladder, bowel and libido health

  • Posture  and back strengthening improvement

  • Ending with relaxations & breathwork

7:30pm Pilates

Beginners to Intermediate

1 hour class focuses on:

  • Core strengthening

  • Whole body toning

  • Posture improvement

  • Tightness reducing Mobility

  • Balance and stability 

  • Pelvic floor activation

  • 5 min relaxation to end

Advance booking is essential:

  • Booking a whole month for a discount (month of booking only)

  • A limited number of weekly spaces are available.

My Pilates may not be suitable for some health contraindications or limited physical abilities. Please check with your GP if unsure. A GP letter is required for  Unstable/high blood pressure, herniated disc, Severe osteoporosis, risk of blood clots, unstable heart disease or unmanaged diabetes​. Please do not book if you are pregnancy or under 16.

My Pilates sessions are for real people, with real bodies. No perfection... just progress at your pace at beginner to intermediate levels.

 

So whether starting your fitness journey, to menopause, midlife and beyond, Pilates helps:

Want a tailored Pilates session that supports your real life needs? From building core strength and posture, to standing or getting up from the floor unaided.

 

Building your strength, mobility and body confidence at my Bushey wellbeing room or the comfort of your home. 

£5 extra for home visits
£35 1 hour Taster discounted session

£50 1 hour per session 

£180 4 session discount (£20 saving). Bulk sessions must used within 2 months of purchase.

 

Using tailored Pilates exercises, with assisted stretch and guidance. ​ But of course, there is no one session magic pill. A tester session is offered, but a course of sessions will give you results.

Pilates, will help you feeling stronger, more toned, improve your posture and overall wellbeing. Learn to love your body again and feel more confident. Pilates can only contribute to weight loss as part of a full lifestyle and diet shift.
