Illness Policy:

Please rearrange your appointment if you have any contagious cold,  illness, disease or virus. I have clients who are elderly, in cancer therapy or have immune vulnerability. I also cannot earn money if I am unwell. Thank you. 

Cancellation charges: 

• No charge: 48 hours or more before to your booked session

• 50% of full cost or voucher: 25-47 hours before to your booked session

• 100% of the full cost or voucher: 24 hours or later before to your booked session or not showing up

Restrictions: 

Always check with your GP/medical consultant if unsure if you can have a therapy. Please do not book and make me aware if you:

• First trimester of pregnancy

• Have had a big operation within the last 6 weeks

• Have a serious allergy, but no epipen

• Have a serious reactive health condition, that may require first aid or medical response

• Have any contagious illness

• Have serious symptomatic diabetes

• If at a crucial insemination period of your fertility treatment. Other times during this procedure are safe. 

• Have had botox type injections, or other aesthetic procedures, in the last 3-4 weeks. (re Facials)​​

• Any other issue that may affect having a therapy.
