Availability

Everyone is very welcome at my classes, event or workplace sessions. However, private sessions at my treatment room are available to women and their family/friends only. Male bookings are only accepted via known female referral only.

Illness Policy:

Please rearrange your appointment if you have a contagious illness. I have clients who are elderly, undergoing cancer treatment or have weakened immune systems. I also rely on staying well to work.

Thank you for your care and understanding.

Cancellation charges:

No charge if cancelled 48+ hours before your appointment
50% charge or voucher if cancelled 25-47 hours before your appointment
100% full charge or voucher if cancelled within 24 hours or for no-shows.

I work Mon to Fri 9:30-3:30 only, with some mobile to your home 4pm sessions.
'Workplace booking' are days that I am booked to work at a company.

Booking Restrictions:

Your health and safety are my priority. Please consult your GP or medical consultant if you're unsure whether a therapy is suitable for you.

Please information me, and do not book a session, if any of the following apply to you:

You've had any operations within the last 6 weeks
You have a serious or reactive allergy, but no epipen
You have a serious or reactive health condition, that may require first aid or medical response
You currently have a contagious illness
You have a thrombotic condition or history of stroke.
You have serious, symptomatic and medicated diabetes
You are in a crucial stage of fertility treatment (e.g. insemination period).
You' are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
You've had facial aesthetic treatments or injections in the last 3-4 weeks. (re my facial bookings)
You have any other condition/s that may affect your ability to safely receive therapy.
